Heavenly Broccoli

1 cup small broccoli florets 1 cup mashed boiled rice or rice cereal mixture
Steam or boil broccoli for 3 to 4 minutes or until tender and soft. Transfer to food processor and pure broccoli until smooth. Mix rice cereal mixture or mashed boiled rice with broccoli mixture.
Store in refrigerator up to 5 days or freeze up to 1 month.
Roasted Bananas

2 medium ripe bananas
Roast whole bananas in a 375-degree oven for 15 minutes or until banana is soft and outer area is black. Transfer to food processor and pure until smooth.
Store in refrigerator up to 5 days or freeze up to 1 month.
Carrot Apple Pure

1 cup sliced carrots 3 tablespoons apple juice 1 cup mashed boiled rice or rice cereal mixture
Steam or boil carrots for 10 minutes or until tender and soft. Transfer to food processor and pure carrots until smooth. Slowly add apple juice until mixture is incorporated. Mix mashed boiled rice or rice cereal mixture with carrot apple puree. Store in refrigerator up to 5 days or freeze up to 1 month.
