Law scholar Stone to speak at ASU event TEMPE - Constitutional law scholar Geoffrey R. Stone, author of Perilous Times: Free Speech in Wartime will deliver this year's John P. Frank Memorial Lecture at 4:30 p.m. Thursday at Arizona State University.

The free lecture will be in Katzin Hall of the Music Building.

The lecture is presented by the School of Justice and Social Inquiry with support from the law firm of Lewis and Roca, where Frank was a partner.
