An 18-year-old Tempe man was arrested Wednesday afternoon after he allegedly bought dry ice for seven juveniles at Basha's, 1761 E Warner Road.

Police reported the man knew the juveniles were planning to use the dry ice tomake bombs.

The man was allegedly present when one dry ice bomb was made and exploded.
