Police say woman used Internet to lure boys

GOODYEAR - A 36-year-old woman was arrested Tuesday after using the Internet to meet teenage boys and to lure them into sexual encounters, police said.

Investigators believe Peggy Ross posed as a teenager in chat rooms then made invitations to meet boys and engage in sexual relations, said Cmdr. Ralph McLaughlin, a police spokesman.

Ross was booked on charges of sexual conduct with a minor, kidnapping and luring a minor for sexual exploitation, he said.
